Point System Rules
These rules exist to maintain a fair, clear, and enjoyable experience for the entire community. By participating in the system, you agree to the following terms:1. Earning Points
• Points are awarded only after receiving full payment for a commission.
• The following do not generate points: raffles, gifts, exchanges, tips, collaborations, or specially priced work.
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.2. Using Levels and Benefits
• Benefits are activated only upon reaching a level.
• Each reward can only be used once.
• Rewards must be used with the next order; if not used, they are considered expired.
• Rewards are not transferable to other people.
• Benefits cannot be combined with each other or with seasonal promotions (e.g., Valentine's Day or Christmas).3. Limitations of Benefits
• Free drawings have a complexity limit: they do not include backgrounds, complicated angles, or more than one character.
• Discounts do not apply to rush jobs, commercial work, animations, or other special services.
• The artist will determine if the request falls within the established limits.4. Point Validity
• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Levels achieved are retained, but accumulated points may expire according to this rule.5. Restrictions and Special Cases
• Does not apply to commissions obtained through raffles or special promotions.
• Does not apply if an attempt to manipulate the system is detected (e.g., Ordering multiple minimum commissions solely to level up).
• Changes are only accepted during the sketching process, even for drawings obtained as a reward.6. Artist's Rights
• I reserve the right to pause, modify, or update this system at any time.
• I reserve the right to refuse orders due to inappropriate behavior or explicit requests.
• I may use the drawings for promotional purposes or include them in my portfolio.
• I may blacklist clients who repeatedly violate these terms. This means I will not accept any further payments from them.7. Acceptance of Terms
• By redeeming any benefit, you agree to all the terms described here.
